One of my favorite ways to change up an outfit is with the addition of a third piece

We recently teamed up with JCPenney to share looks that can bring you from day to night with their new fall collection. The third piece is the easiest way to pull a look together and make it feel more complete. This can be anything from a statement necklace, vest, skinny scarf, etc. or in this case the cape.
