Videos are the road for your visitors to reach your web site

So optimize your videos for the search engines. Make your effort visible at the first instance. If you tuck your video into the fourth or fifth page, no one would ever notice it. But, that aggressive approach should be accompanied by an option to the visitor to skip the video if he prefers.
