Ask the flight attendant for a blanket and use that instead

I randomly bought a ticket to Japan about a month or so ago, just totally on a whim. Now, traveling is not always easy. Add in some dynamic movements like arm swings and half squats to increase your circulation and loosen up stiff joints. But I swear, this is probably the best hack on this list and it will spare you tons of aches and pains.
