A pelvic floor specialist for her pelvis issues

This is a story of a lady that I feel I failed, and my six weeks working with her left me feeling frustrated and confused. Her shoulders may not be the problem. It should have been quite simple, but it ended up as a fight. A physiatrist for her back issues.
