For the closed landfill subcategory, the EPA allowed some flexibility. For companies that have multiple jurisdictions, this can be a hassle. It is unknown at this time if there is any punishment for not submitting an updated EG plans. Once this notification is submitted, the agency has 90 days to respond about plan submission.
