Many of these statistics relate to poor referral management and communication amongst providers

I have been involved in healthcare for a long time, and have seen and heard of many statistics that are greatly concerning. Physician-to-physician communication is vital to the success of any outpatient referral. Indeed, specialist visits constitute more than half of all outpatient visits.

I already messaged her dad offering to video chat with him and resolve this issue, but he simply blocked me.
