Recognizing the RNZN on its anniversary is one small way of doing so

First off, the strategic environment has changed considerably. I have publicly suggested that the US send the USS Mercy, a hospital ship home ported at Pearl Harbour. If the USN were to send a warship down, I would like to see the newest Zumwalt class boat, DDG-1000, the USS Zumwalt.
