How do you break it to the people who are supporting you?

Having spoken with quite a few friends in the industry, everybody's feeling the pinch. Whether they like to admit it or not, it's out there. So, what do we do to weather the storm? Let's tackle the first and foremost. We doubled student numbers, tripled revenue in a downturn.
