There is definitely an inventory shortage in this sellers market

We need more sellers to keep the Bonaire GA real estate market moving ahead as we enter the winter months. Average days on market for homes that sold was only 46 days this past month, improving on the 12-month average of 71 days. The sales price to list price ratio (SP/LP) was 98.72% last month and was slightly hindered by the 3 foreclosure sales.
