Black tights are especially chic with darker pink sequin dresses

Should I wear pantyhose or go bare legged? My dress is a short, pink sequin. With open toe style shoes you can wear neutral color, sheer toeless stockings /pantyhose or tights with a pink dress. Pantyhode / stockings give you a more polished look. What to wear to those holiday festivities does not have to be a problem.
