The father uses medical marijuana and will sometimes leave supplies in the open

For instance, this morning I found a lighter on the floor and copper wire coiled in his toys. The dishes are piled up and there is STUFF everywhere. They have asked me not to clean up after them but it is breaking my heart. I love this kid and want him to be in a safe environment but cannot get through to them.
