Most of them claim miracle working power. However, some of the foreign pastors have been found on the wrong side of the law. The two were based in Waterfalls where they were drawing sizeable crowds to Holy Fire Ministries. Pastor Mutefa from Ghana was also accused of flouting immigration laws.
