My own time management skills tend to be shoddy

We remain anonymous so we can be totally honest with you and not get fired for giving away secrets and getting real. Depression and family tend to get in the way. While I do my best to turn in artwork and reply to messages in a timely manner, I still wind up falling behind.

And they know I'm not a fighter, that's just not how I solve my problems, I'm 23 years old, I don't need to be threatening people who I have issues with, in my family we talk our problems out so that's how I was raised.
