I need to give my brain a rest and go and be inspired

I think going to a gallery is one of the best ways of rebalancing life. A good exhibition of a live performance are the best way to re-charge and put everything into perspective. I get to the stage when I NEED a cultural fix. Calming and puts you in your place.

I know that when you induce from scratch, the body has to build up the right tissues in the breast, and they say that tissue doesn't go away again when you stop.

However I did only lactate shortly and produce marginal amounts the first time, whereas the second time I got up to 6oz a day.
