The constant feeling of being uncomfortable in my own skin is gone

But a process none the less, and I happy to making strides and finding what works best for me. If you experience depression, you know what I mean. There is one aspect of my mental health that seems to be getting worse with these changes, though. I have clinically diagnosed Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
