Self-discovery is a broad subject which may take a lifetime to fully understand

Often this is a key interview question as well. But none of those are really who we are. That you are not your circumstances or what you do? Your circumstances and what you do now would definitely change but that does not necessarily change who you are. That a school of thought believe it is our environment that makes us who we are; others believe that we are born a certain way.
