I'm not quite sure what I should be doing to resolve this or just enjoy this time of peace and quiet in my life.

It's really hard because I don't feel like I have any friends who are in the same place in life as I am, so we have less and less in common, and I don't have the energy or time to make new friends and am not really in a good place for dating right now.

On the weekends I may go to my friends house Friday nights but if she is not available because of family obligations, I'm usually stuck without plans.

I work out of my car and go home and work while watching Netflix until I go to bed.

Because of that and my hectic job in sales where I am in the field driving most days, I don't have any consistent interaction with others.

Most of my friends have moved away, and out of the ones that have stayed, one is married with a child, the other a single mom, and the other still lives at home with her parents, who are pretty strict.
