The standalones players are curently pretty expensives

Sony's PlayStation Meeting in NYC today turned out to be a lot more exciting than a lot of folks initially suspected. As first impressions go, PS4 Pro looks to be well worth the $399 asking price. For upscaling you don't need a new console. The 1080p with max settings at 30fps and 1080p at 60fps all games is a definite upgrade and well worth it.
