Late season nectar plants like Swamp milkweed and Goldenrod await migrating Monarchs

The early male visited us on the Llano River last weekend. Monarch butterfly caterpillars and eggs were abundant last weekend on the Llano River. Mayor Ivy Taylor shows off her Monarch butterfly earrings in City Council chambers. Monarch butterflies move through San Antonio coming and going in the spring and fall on the annual multigeneration migration.
