I failed as a negotiator because I gave up early

Want to say two things about this. A burkini is a full-body swimsuit worn by many Muslim women who practice veiling as a part of their religion. And France has banned the wearing of these full-body swimsuits -- burkinis -- when at the beach. Imposing this enforcement in 26 towns.
