The updated information contained here is as accurate as I can make it regarding Student Loan (IBR) and Mortgage Qualification. I owe a six figure balance to Sallie Mae/Dept of Education for my chiropractic school education. The Freddie Mac program does NOT offer a down payment assistance component at this time.
