Every year we do a submissions call out online around April and the festival begins in July

Not only that, but we want to promote female collaboration, taking risks, and pursuing your dreams through their perspectives. There is no such thing as a safe space, however this project puts a heavy focus on creating safer environments. There were a lot of performers who had not been to Canada before.

At the office; I work with people that are serious about their job and I work in peace with them, but these ladies I've never worked with just made me feel really nervous and absolutely disgusted.

Im asking cause I hate being in that uncomfortable situation where I have to reject some jock and them just keep trying to get with me even though I already rejected them indirectly and sometimes even directly.
