Because everything is text based I can easily manage all the source in a version control system

I have more low-level control over the HTML/CSS. I like the simple syntax of Hammer. Hammer shows you a list of source files and you can click on a source file to see the compiled version or edit the source. If you want to communicate with them you have to use Slack or Twitter.
